Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to monitor the progress of projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations. You are required to supervise construction workers and subcontractors to meet the work schedule.
Job Responsibilities
· To assist Project Manager to monitor performance of subcontractors.
· Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
· Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
· To monitor all projects construction works to meet the schedule and procedures.
· To supervise and coordinate all works to ensure they are performed in accordance to the required standard and quality.
· To ensure that all products delivered to the site are handled and stored appropriately.
· Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
· Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
· Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
· Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
· Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
· Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
Job Requirements
· Preferably candidates who possess Diploma in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
· Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor.
· Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· At least five (5) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Able to start work immediately.
· Able to work to over hazardous work environment (site).
· Preferably candidates who has high rise building experience.
· One (1) full-time position available.
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
